We love Leo's Coney Island. Staff was super nice and attentive. The food is always great and at a reasonable price. I always enjoy the gyro sandwich or the chicken ceaser wrap. Nice place to bring the family!
Got a bacon cheese burger and it was completely raw. Tried to say they’ll replace it but, nah thanks, I don’t trust your cooks. You ask what temp you want a customers burger cooked at so I would assume it would be well done since you never asked how I wanted it cooked. Rookies can’t even cook a rare burger right. Edit to owners response. How can you say you investigated it 2 months after my original review. Now I know you’re lying because I have never ate a med-rare burger in my 34 years on this earth. HA, Now you look desperate & stupid. Cause that’s still not medium rare, it’s raw! I left a bad review based on customer service(like your response to this) being absolutely terrible, rudeness from the server and over hearing the cook cry when told about the burger. On top of that you still kept the tip. Plus, Getting a ServSafe certification is easier than getting a driver’s license
I can't leave anything other than a star rating because it's been too long ago since I went there, I'm 67 years old and can't remember details, except that I recall that we liked the food. I've never had a business reply to me that I only left a star rating, when that's all I left, especially if it was a 5 star rating, but hey, I guess this owner doesn't appreciate a 5 star rating because he told me that I only left a star rating. I think most owners would be happy with that.
