Almost an hour and neither the waitress or cook could get my order right. By time everyone else that I was with was done with their food. I gave up with my order. Didn't even eat, yet I had to pay for the food. This location gets worse and worse with every visit. Tried to ask for an manager cause it was getting ridiculous. But, kept getting ignored. If an 0 star was available. That would be what this place deserves. Definitely won't be back. Atleast to this location. The Woodhaven location is beyond amazing.
I have always enjoyed all of my favorites. I made a take out order and it way awful. I called to make a complaint in a very respectful manner....I didn't want anything in return. Just wanted them to know that my entrée wasn't great. The lady on the phone was so rude I will never go back there again. I didn't want anything in return just wanted them to kno whatever they did different wasn't working. Come to find out the owner had to step in and prepare food, so of course everything wasn't going to be perfect especially with limited staff, but the hostess or whoever answered the phone didn't have to be rude. I will never go there again. The hostess was extremely rude. I have not once in 20yrs had an issue with service.
ordered a burger and fries to go on the evening of Thursday, 09-29-22, requested fries (which I paid extra for) be well done (and it was indicated on the receipt !), once home the fries were soggy, limp & greasy (and went down the garbage disposal), I called back the next day (Friday) & asked for the store owner to return my call, having not received a callback by the owner, on Sunday, 10-02-22, I called back, and asked for the store owner, the woman who answered was extremely rude & verbally abusive, once the man (who stated he was the store owner) came to the phone, I explained the situation, the man stated that he didn’t care if I was satisfied or not, and if I wasn’t satisfied with my order, then in the future don’t come back, well, if that’s his attitude, then I won’t go back, sad that the owner felt that way, he’s lowering the prestige of his own business & driving away customers, a word to the wise should be suffice, this restaurant will gladly take your money, no matter if the
