Food and service has gone down! Barely any chilli on my fries. This use to be one of the best Coney Island
The quality of the food has been declining for a year, tonight was the worst. The only thing I ordered that wasn't tossed in the microwave was chicken lemon rice soup, it was also the only palatable part of my meal. The restaurant itself is dirty, tables are not being wiped off and we were given crusty silverware to use. The service is abysmal and the food is on par with high school cafeteria slop.
I had the Eggs Florentine & French Toast, being on a budget it was good. I prefer hot, fresh and non frozen food. The plates were warm but the food wasn't very hot, didn't taste fresh and the berries were most definitely frozen then thawed. I prefer Breakfast Club Restaurant for breakfast foods but the service here was phenomenal, definitely the best part along with the very nice relaxing atmosphere. It was very laid back and welcoming. Will come back and try something new.
