I ordered 2 large pies for pick-up and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I was across town at rush hour and my GPS gave me an ETA of 1 hour. When ordering I clearly stated that I wouldn't be picking up for an hour and could they time it for my arrival. I was told, "Sure, no problem." But they clearly made it right away and let it sit for 40-45 minutes because when I arrived exactly an hour later, the pizzas were both stone cold. Also about 20% of each one was burned (blackened crust). The pizzas themselves were mediocre at best, dry and stiff without much cheese. I'm not sure where the glowing reviews on this site came from, honestly.
Amazing pizza. The crust is homemade. Sweet sauce and traditional. The best pizza in East Pgh. Worth the drive if y are not from Plum
Ordered 2 weeks ago and forgot to pay this. Absolutely awesome food! Delivery was WAY faster than quoted. Quoted an hour to 75 minutes but got it in 34 minutes. Food was hot and fresh. Hoagie bun was warm and flakey. Cheese was melty and awesome. Garlic knots were juicy and soft. Absolutely perfect. And the driver was in a great mood with a big smile and friendly attitude. Couldn't be happier! Need more stars! Lol
