Had a wonderful leisurely lunch today at Legal Seafood (Garden City) with my daughter, Kate. It was a beautiful sunny day and we sat by an open window enjoying the sun and fresh air. Our waitress, Amanda, was phenomenal!! So courteous and friendly and helpful!! She’s a gem! The fried clams were fresh and delicious…and the quantity was amazing! Kate loved her French fries. Highly recommend!
I was surprised at this Legal Sea Foods. The service, the food, the atmosphere and the environment were all top notch (except a little bit too salty for the scampi linguine pasta). But overall experience was satisfactory. We highly recommend this restaurant and definitely will revisit this place again.
Liked the clean contemporary decor - service was excellent - food was hot & fresh - my only gripe is - I made reservations 3 weeks before Valentines day - got there & they tried sitting us at a tiny table near the service area - got lucky a booth was just coming open - made our experience there a whole lot better - we started withouster om a half sh &stuffies- delicious- main course - My date had baked scrod with rice pilaf & broccoli- was delicious & filling- I had the baked stuffed shrimp rice pilaf & broccoli, shrimp was excellent, jumbo & sweet & tender - Definitely the place to go for good seafood ???? The complimentary sugar cookies were a sweet ending ~
