Lefty's Cheesesteaks

So many options on DoorDash. I landed on Lefty's, what a nice landing! Ordered 2 Italian Cheesesteaks/Hoagie's (regular and large) both had Xtra meat and cheese and I added bacon to the regular. It taste like I had a Lasagna with Steak sandwiche!! Tasty!! We both have 1/2 our sandwiches left. Thank you San Diego for introducing me to Lefty's!!!!

I thought I did a review for this awesome establishment. Oh I'll do one now I've eaten here on several occasions and time my tummy is so ???? happy. The first time I had a Lefty's Cheesesteak and it just what I had been craving since I moved to San Diego, a place that served a real Cheesesteak and hogies. That had all the right ingredients and no extras, the cheese, onions, and meat was the perfect blend. They put so much meat on it. As I ate this masterpiece I realized that I was humming. For those that know me, know that is sign of good food. When I have a taste for a Cheesesteak but I don't want that much food, I get the Cheesesteak Egg Roll. So yummy and it doesn't weigh you down. The dipping sauce that come with it is something else. The staff is friendly, courteous, polite, and they make you feel welcome. Even when it gets really busy the staff still treats the customers with respect. I could go on and on about how I love this place ???? but I'll leave something to your imagina

Located in San Diego’s Gas Lamp District, cute clean and quick service. Pricey $16.99 for a 10”. Good quality and flavor. Atmosphere is great. You can sit in an open window counter and people watch. Enjoyed it very much. Popular spot! Parking: Packed on Sunday night but found self pay lot on next block $20 /2 hours short walk Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Fine for wheelchairs
