The two ladies that were working the front were awesome and very helpful!
I called at 7:13 pm today. (45 minutes before they close) Alina answered the phone. I asked if they had Firecracker Shrimp or if they were out. After asking a co-worker if they had it and hearing they were out, Alina told me that if I was on my way, they could have it ready by the time I got there. I told her I was on my way! I showed up, and it was ready. There are not a lot of places that will offer to make something they’re out of 45 minutes before they close. A+ on customer service! Leeann Chin, I would hold onto Alina if you can. She made my night. ????????????
The new employee Red is a fantastic addition to the restaurant. I have never seen such a happy face with exceptional patience before in the restaurant. Fantastic
