STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE So disappointing I am staying at a nearby hotel working just moved to the Florida area and heard that this place might have good Spanish food I am originally from Boston and New York I order something simple like a sandwich no pickles no mustard and simple fried foods like Relleno de papa y two Pastelitos uno de pollo y uno de carne y un pastel de guava thru Door Dash EVERYTHING I EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE BURNT OILY DRY HARD AS IF THEY MICROWAVED OLD FRIED FOOD AND MY SIMPLE SANDWICH NO MUSTARD OR PICKLES GOT EXTRA OF BOTH COULD NOT EAT A THING PLEASE DO BETTER or CLOSE !! Threw it ALL AWAY NOT FIT FOR ANIMALS!

I had to put one star. I just paid $35 with fee on UBER EATS for this half eaten plate of food. Obviously no one touched it, but the portion looks like they ran out of food! Lechonera was always known to be generous with the portions. Over the last few years, it has become insulting the poor level of quality, and portion they are providing their customers! This is a rip off! Outrageous, and I WILL NEVER ORDER THESE LEFTOVER SCRAPS AGAIN! I’m insulted as a consumer, and this is Not how out latin culture feeds their customers! Shame on this place! By the way, I am recovering from COVID from twelve days, this was supposed to be my happy meal of recovery, I guess NOT!

The staff was rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this location. I saw one of the staff take a serving spoon into the bathroom and the come back to serving. When an elderly man spoke up on the uncleanliness he was met with attitude, eye rolling. I walked out. There is another location that is bigger and the service is so much better. Im disgusted with this place.
