Le Bistro Vietnamese Restaurant has the best Pho I have ever had, with a bonus of being affordable. The steaming bowl of Pho Tai contained an excellent beef : noodle ratio, into which I added Sriracha-like hot sauce, Hoisin sauce, and chili oil that was offered on the table. I appreciate that the restaurant allows you to customize the Pho to your own personal spice tolerance, as mine is closer to the gringo side. The additions of fresh Basil, Lime, Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, and Jalapeños added textural variety to the dish. As for the Thai Tea, the Boba pearls were soft and tea was lusciously sweet. I prefer my tea to be bittersweet, however that is my preference. I highly recommend Le Bistro Vietnamese Restaurant.
Not a day goes by that I don’t think about this place..I’M OBSESSED. I go pretty much once a week, and they always surprise me. Mindy is a hard working lady and she’s VERY caring, I absolutely adore her and her service. More people need to know exactly what this place is like. Always so satisfying and soul filling. Thank you Mindy for your best service.
The food is always delicious and they have good drinks and the baked goods are fresh and delicious. I don't know where else you can get homemade madeleines, cookies, and pistachio cakes. I eat fried rice all the time from everywhere and they have the most flavorful. Never had a problem with my food or ordering or anything
