My mom and friends from work went to Lazy Dog for lunch on their day off 4/11/22. Most everyone was dissatisfied with the food at what they got. My mom's Chicken breast was more like chicken "pieces" that were very thin, not like a full chicken breast. Several people had the 1/2 sandwich & soup, and said the sandwiches weren't that good. The chicken wings weren't cooked well and weren't even warm. The only person that said their food was good was the Fish & Chips (French fries). This restaurant was recommended by some people that went there for dinner and said it was good, so maybe dinner is better there than what they serve for lunch. But looking at their dinner menu, looks pretty overpriced, even for Boca area.
Came here for brunch after Church on a Sunday with my wife, 2 boys and mother in law. Great experience! We sat outside which was well appointed and we'll ventilated, which is especially important on a hot day in South Florida. Christian took great care of us. He was very polite and attentive. Wonderful expansive menu, delicious food with great portion sizes, a nice drink menu and all fairly priced. It's like Yardhouse but a little nicer. Best of all, this is only about 10 minutes away from home in West Boca so we'll definitely be back!
Enjoyed the outdoor seating and our server, Johnny? He Was very pleasant and helpful with recommendations. Food was enjoyable. Downside was our seats were in a back corner against a wall… some of our party had a view only of the wall. We Will be back sometime to give it another chance!
