Couple of things up front. The menu is a la carte, meaning if the dish doesn't explicitly say it's part of the dish, you're paying for it, too. The dress is business casual, so flip flops, shorts, and the like can't cut it here. The fried calamari was a good portion and tasty. I tried a Heart of Vegas cocktail, which was an interesting drink I'd have again. Both items were $15 each, which is on the higher side of my experience. Since the name of the place included "The Prime Rib", we went with it. It *does* include a spinning salad (salad is made in a chilled bowl and spun over crushed ice) topped with sherry French dressing. Worry not about the lack of dressing options; even my ranch loving wife enjoyed it. They give you chilled plates and forks to keep it cool while eating. There are five different portion sizes, and they cut your entree at your table. I was here as part of a group for a wedding trip. I got the filet and it was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had but pretty good. I wouldn’t say it was completely worth the price but that’s what you pay when eating in a (kind of) nice restaurant. I also had some wine, I don’t know which wine it was because someone else got it for me but it was really good! I believe it was a cabinet. The overall restaurant was a little outdated. The service was professional and efficient. Also be prepared because they only let you split the check 3 ways!! I’m not sure if this is only because we were a big party but it was very frustrating and caused a lot of drama.
