Lawry's The Prime Rib

You go to Lawry's for the prime rib, even though they have lots of other steaks, seafood, and other items on the menu. The Lawry's cut is a 10oz cut of prime rib for $59. We always order ours rare because when they put the steaming hot au jus on top, it continues to cook the meat to a nice medium rare. It includes salad, mashed potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding. Creamed spinach and creamed corn are extra - we think the creamed spinach is better. If you go for restaurant week (like we did yesterday), it also comes with a 4oz lobster tail and a side as part of the "tasting menu". Pretty good deal for $69. This included only the 6oz California cut though, but we upgraded to the 10oz Lawry's cut for $10 more. This is a really great place to celebrate special occasions or just for a nice date with your significant other. Make a reservation in advance! There is valet onsite for $9/vehicle if you can't find street parking. Parking: Valet is $9/vehicle

I got the prime rib dinner, Diamond cut with all the accoutrements (~$75) Always Solid! The ambience and service is always 5 stars! I always wish the prime rib was better seasoned, but the seasoned salt and pepper on the table help out in that respect. Dine LA had a $69 dinner that also seemed great! The spinning salad, California cut prime rib, small lobster, and 2 sides! That seems VERY worthwhile if you don’t want a pound of meat only ☺️

Atmosphere killer you let a person in with a tank top shirt, swimming trunks shorts n slippers, in your establishment, you should not let this happen rest of your customers are properly dress even my guests noticed this. ARE U THAT DESPERATE FOR BUSINESS THAT YOU LET PEOPLE IN THAT ARE DRESSED LIKE THIS N THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME SEEING THIS. My guests n I notice that the prime rib was toooo salty. We have been going here for years quality of the prime rib has gone way down.
