I have been eating La Spadas for 40 years. I went in today and they changed their rolls. Equivalent to white bread now. I won’t go back. Publix now makes a better sub. In my opinion a hoagie is all about the bread.
I ordered a small sandwich. They made a mistake and made a large when I went to pay for the food. I let them know I ordered a small. The person in charge told his coworker to basically take all the ingredients off of my sandwich to put it on a small bread, basically destroyed my whole sandwich to make it a small ruined my appetite. I still paid for the sandwich and left the store Terrible customer service on the shift leader….. been a customer for a long time visited all their locations Boca/Fort Lauderdale/Davie/Coral Springs that was terrible service on behalf of the manager
Great place for hoagie! Top notch even. And for such long lines they really have a system down where they get you in and out. I always purchase the Monster hoagie. It's a little overkill but I like it ???? … More
