I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Las Vegas Cuban restaurant in Plantation, and overall, it was a decent experience. Here's my review: Let's start with the positive aspects. The food at Las Vegas Cuban restaurant was undeniably good and full of flavor. Each dish I tried was carefully prepared and had that authentic Cuban touch. From the tender lechon asado to the savory picadillo, the flavors were spot-on and left me satisfied. The portions were generous, making it a great value for money. While the server was attentive and efficient in taking our orders, there was a certain level of inconsistency in their service. At times, they seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to delayed responses or forgetfulness. Nevertheless, they were polite and tried their best to ensure our dining experience went smoothly. Honestly the 2 stars are for the customer service. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Everything was very bland. I was also disappointed in the quality of the pork chunks. They charge $14/$15 for 3 little pieces & one of them wasn't even meat as you can see.
