Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine

Food was absolutely amazing from the appetizer to the entrée. Service was extremely friendly and attentive keeping drinks filled constantly and asking how every course was. Well worth the trip. The churrasco is to die for!

Been going to that establishment for a number of yrs.This place has gone to the dogs... literally. The customer service and quality food isn't what it used to be. The rice, beans (though water down) was tasty. The boiled yucca was covered with raw onions and was so hard wasn't sure if it was cooked for consumption. The pepper steak was just awful. It literally felt like eating rice with soy sauce. I asked for my steak medium it was burnt crispy and BTW the "pepper steak" had only 2 pieces of limp bell peppers. I asked the waiter for my check and told him about the steak. I've been up since 4am this is my first meal I'll eat the rice and beans I was starving !!!! In a very defensive way the manager came up to my table telling me I understand you don't like the food. You don't have to pay you can leave the food and go. I WAS SHOCKED. I hosted a Meetup Dinner at Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine last night. It was large party of 35 and I was impressed with the total service we received. Guest were seated quickly and drink orders were taken. Soon after food orders. The menu offers a variety of food and the waitstaff was courteous and friendly answering questions and making possible suggestions when asked. The food arrived much quicker than I had expected. Service was prompt and for party of this size I found the quality of service and food to be exceptional. We were very surprised at how large the portions were and many took food home. Everyone in my party seem to be happy with their choice!
