Las Fajitas Mexican Restaurant

All the servers had to do was acknowledged that we were standing at the door waiting to be seated. A simple "be right with you". Not a single server even looked at us as they walked right past us on multiple occasions. We were the only ones waiting. We left after several minutes and several times being ignored. We most likely will not return, which is unfortunate, since it is one of the few restaurants within walking distance.

Service was amazing! Not only the servers were on point, the chef and Cooks were incredible. I ordered the carne asada and told the waitress to let the cook know to use his professional judgment on the end result. Much to my surprise is they were serving the rest of the food the waitress informed me that the cook felt he may have overdone my steak and was in the process of trying again. And for that I was truly grateful and I commend and respect him for that. Also they serve Menudo and Pezole everyday.

Have tried it twice since it opened (recently) and both times we were very, very pleased! Mexican food like I make myself but when we're pressed for time, it's good to know we can stop here on our travel down the mountain and get some good, authentic fare! The service is so friendly too! **The Burrito Grande had to weigh close to 2 lbs, because my husband, a hearty eater could only eat half and he's a big man~ what we took home easily weighed 1 lb! (no joke!)
