The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. The service was extremely slow. I sat at the bar with my girlfriend and constantly had to wait or go find the waitress myself. We finished our drink and waited quite a while for the waitress to come back and get another one. We finished one appetizer and had to wait quite a bit for the waitress to come back to give another appetizer
The service was terrible and slow. Very unwelcoming waitress who screwed up my order when all I asked for was a burger. I suppose that's what I get for ordering a hamburger at a Mexican restaurant. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the manager/host guy was warm and understanding and had no problem comping this sad sandwich. If you want good chain Mexican food that looks and tastes good and is served by friendly folks, do yourself a favor and go to the Las Cazuelas on Manhattan.
