I've been going here for years. I always kinda liked the small town vibe. Food was always good. But the quality of the food has really slipped away and service has slowed down tremendously. I expect the owners are trying to cut costs however they possibly can. Normally I just would tell the staff, but there hasn't been any improvement. The pictures below show what my son ordered for $8: rotten fruit and 2 pieces of fish the size of a crayon. For one adult and a child, $60. We had an appetizer, a kids plate, a burger and 2 drinks.
New owners really make this place feel more like dogtown. Love the bar. Simple and small overall. Tons of draft beers. Not a great bartender option. Plenty of booze options though. Food has never disappointed. Big menu that is well executed. (Pictured) fried chicken livers and sweet potato fries.
It is a little hard to find but worth the effort. The waiter was very friendly and my meal arrived piping hot. A nice place to have a relaxing dinner.
