Laguna Seafood Restaurant

Honestly I use to eat here about 10 yrs ago. Decided to visit because the food was always freshly made and delicious. I was greatly disappointed. The food was tasteless and old. Looks like it was frozen and thawed for serving. This is NOT THE PLACE I REMEMBER. The service was nice people were friendly. But the food horrible.

I paid $19.40 for 3 very stale steak subs. I am an elderly person. I bought 3 subs, 1 for me and 2 for 2 of my grandsons. My grandson was in a rush to return back to work so he did not check the sandwiches. He rushed home to bring my sandwich and took off to work. He said he was very hungry so he ate his. I started to eat mine and realized I it is not fresh. The roll was very hard and you can tell that the steak was leftover and not cooked fresh. It was very tough. The lettuce was the freshest thing on the entire sandwich. I called them and the gentleman said if you want your money back bring me my sandwiches. No apology. An apology would have been just fine with me. I couldn't take back the sandwiches because they were eaten by 2 hungry men and I didn't have my car to take back the half of mine.

I've been eating here for decades. Always a fresh delicious meal with large portions at a great value price.
