Lady B Island Dish Restaurant

If I could give no stars I would. Just like how I walked in and got no greeting. I walked into a restaurant with nobody up front while the cook fixed an order in the back for 10 minutes. When he finally came to the front he said hold on and walked back to the kitchen on his little red cell phone and the shop phone in the other hand. The uber eats lady was there annoyed because he had no food available but yet online everything seemed to be available on the menu. The uber eats lady walked out and that should of been my sign to leave. 15 minute later he comes and ask where the lady is and i ask if there’s oxtails and he tells me yes but let him finish the uber order. He runs out of the store to find the lady but she is long gone. After 30 minutes he says sorry no oxtail. I say why didn’t you tell me that 30 minutes ago and he says sorry I thought there was some but it’s just sweet potato in the gravy. What a waste of time. Who puts sweet potato in oxtail anyway? Instead I ask for curry

The atmosphere is nice customer service excellent the food is off the chain the restroom clean smell fresh everything is just great

12/29/21 When I walked in, the employee behind the counter just sat in the chair and stared at me. Had to ask her could I order. When trying to order she couldn’t here me because of the headphones in her ear. That couple with how stuffy and dirty it was in there, I just left. Horrible customer service. There’s better places close by
