Food was excellent. Lunch was busy but not too crowded. Jorge gave us great service. Watch out for some of those sauces, though. Some of them are scorching hot.???? Waited 7 minutes while two hosts were checking a Togo guest out ( both whom looked directly at me and didn't say a word). I get it, but acknowledge new guests that enter your establishment. A simple "hello" or "we'll be right with you" would suffice. Same for a server who walked past me to go behind the bar and have a conversation with a bar guest. The host that eventually greeted me, bit his nails and ran his hand through his hair before grabbing my menu and wrapped silverware, not good. My beverage came out quickly and my order was taken just as quick. I requested no guacamole on my plate and an extra side of rice. 2 minutes later, my food arrived. Guacamole on my plate and no rice. I stopped another employee, explaining the issue. His response was "its the Deluxe". I told him I asked for no guacamole and my side of rice. 1 minute later, my entree and side of rice arrived. They are very stingy with their salsa. Being here from Texas, me and my Wife like a lot of salsa with our Mexican food. If you order the 5th tiny bowl of salsa, they charge you a $1.50 side charge. We've been here many times, due to it is convenient. And every time we have to ask multiple times for salsa. We are done with this place and will drive to On the Border in Concord, from now on.
