They don’t care about your food. I ordered a lomo saltado pollo and there was no French fries. The first time I called a woman picked up the phone. She told me to “hold on. Don’t complain yet” first thought was wow. Second call I noticed there was no French fries in my food as I was trying to explain. The gentleman cut me off to tell me that French fries was in the food. But I told him it didn’t make it to my plate. Don’t order from here at all. They don’t care. The churros were cold. Not good service nor food.
I should of listen to the reviews. The people at the front are wonderful, excellent customer service. However, the food was unseasoned, with NO TASTE AT ALL. Could of gone to McDonald's. Thank God I only spent 40.00 there. I won't be going back.
