La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant

Ordered online for pickup... not impressed at all. Didn't get the 'extras' (jalapenos, sour cream) we ordered and purchased. 'Bowl' mix had peas in it... tasted like canned peas, but the ingredients said nothing about having peas and had an odd after taste. Son had the enchiladas- so much liquid from the shredded chicken it turned out watery with no flavor Just disappointed..... It'll be El Ranchero next time. Won't be back. It's too bad as the food used to be good.

Took way too long to get water and chips/salsa after being seated. Server never entered our cheese dip in, had to grab a manager to get it for us. My kids order was completely wrong and mine had the wrong meat. Used to love eating here, unfortunately this might be the last. Much better options in the area.

Love La Parrilla, the food is always exceptional ! We’ve had some great servers here as well, one of my most recent favorites being Pablo ! They are a little on the pricey end as far as Mexican restaurants go but you’ll never question the quality, so you get what you pay for. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the staff doesn’t communicate with one another very well, the hosts/managers/bartenders. It seems every time I call ahead about seating, events, or to go food I always talk to someone in a different position and no one told the right person or whatever the situation may be, and I get there and everyone acts like they’ve never heard of me which is really frustrating when you’ve called multiple times for something and trying to do everything you’re supposed to !
