The service was very good. They did a good job decorating the restaurant and the STL Cardinals game was on...a big plus. Started with a margarita, which was quite sweet, but decent. The meats were very salty and the refried beans were bland---right out of the can. Now, about that salsa...it's not salsa. It's tomato basil soup with a dash of something hot in it...it's just soup, not salsa. I gave it a shot, but the food was too pricey and I didn't enjoy it--I think I'll stick with my local favorite.
Me and my kids went here after church last Sunday, food was great! Nice atmosphere, clean and quiet. Waitress was very sweet. My last Mexican restaurant was closed due to the floods and another shut down recently due to some violence, so I found this place and was happy I did. My kids asked to eat there everyday for lunch lol. The salsa is different, but doesn’t taste bad. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I didn’t get to try the margaritas, but will next time I go!
Pretty good reasonably priced Mexican food. Their beef chimichanga, pictured here, is cheap and filling. Also, ask for the spicy salsa if you want some zing on it. Their staff is friendly and its a nice atmosphere. I have yet to be disappointed
