I'm a loyal customer for 8 years and always order the grilled chicken breast, and is usually a good portion or at least a 1/2 lb. I usually pickup my food but this time I ordered Doordash delivery... I couldn't believe how small a piece of grilled chicken they gave me wasnt but a quarter of their usual amount. I felt robbed and cheated! Do GO TO LA PARRILLA JUST ABOUT A MILE WEST ON ATLANTIC BLVD... MUCH BETTER PORTIONS !
Walked into the restaurant at 8:15pm and the whole entire kitchen staff that worked behind the counter had an attitude. The lady taking the orders must be deaf in some way because she kept having me repeat everything I was trying to order. Complete lack of customer service, food took too long to cook as well.
The male manager in the blue shirt was very very Rude! I understand restaurants can be busy and larger orders take a little more time to get into the system and then call it back to the kitchen. Ours was a larger order multiple items, he was not pleasant, very impatient, spoke Spanish as I spoke English. As food started coming out and was bagged I told him I needed to know which was what as it is going to different people and the bags where tied off and closed with no indication of what was in side. I needed to open each and check and it's good that I did because some items were wrong. If they have video I think they just look at it as it's too much to explain. But the man is very rude. You are not doing customers who patron your restaurant a favor? We are blessings you with business so be kind, respectful and honor your customers. Horrible service!
