La Fuente Mexican Food

Terrible customer service. No on in the drive through and waited 30 minutes to just tell the order to the slow employee. Another 10 for the food.

If i could i would give it no stars tbh. On tuesdsy i went and One lady that works there is very very rude. She dows not have good customer service. I ordered my food and she was giving me attitude. Did not give me my drinks untill i asked to which she replied rude "you have to get them yourself". My order was wrong, the tortillas to my tacos were spoiled, got a kids meal that said 4 mini tacos and inreality it was to tacos cut in half and on top of that did not want to give me the drink for that meal. The whole time i was ordering she was not responding to me giving attitude and eye rolling. Hated this experience!! Would never come back specially for tacos with smelly spolied tortillas.

If i could I would give this place no starts because they don’t deserve it. I went thru drive through and I asked for #3 and she said combo and I said yes. I had no idea I camI that they had a combo and special. I was asking for the special. I totally understand that I should have asked what was in the combo order but I didn’t. I came back thinking she had given us the wrong order and from the start the same cashier was just rude. Saying it was our fault for confirming the order and I explained to her that I didn’t know there was a combo 3 and a special 3. And she just that was our fault and didn’t even try to help us. I will never be coming here again! And the food was just horrible. And they should really give this lady some classes on how to speak more politely to costumers.
