The atmosphere is great. Service is wonderful and even more. Food is amazing, and you can taste that it is made on the spot. Menu is very interesting and they have a very impressive wine cellar. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. To summarize - great experience and very recommended!
Our favorite spot in Philadelphia! La Famiglia is an absolute must go to restaurant. The staff are top notch and are extraordinarily knowledgeable about the menu and the wine. The wine list is the largest I have seen in town. The decor and style of the building is unique and inviting (make sure to go downstairs to see the wine cellar!). That being said, the food is the main attraction. Worth the price for every item, we’ve never had something we didn’t love.
Primo! Estremamente buono! Do not judge a book by its cover. While the outside/facade looks unassuming, once you enter and see La Famiglia Sena Coat of Arms on the door, you will realize the gold mine you have chosen to eat at. Inside is a classic, homeland, Ristorante Italiano. The black-tie service, the suited hosts (including the owner/proprietor), the high attention to detail, the award winning wine cellar in the basement (pictured below) and food that is *****/$$$$$ quality. While in the City of Brotherly Love, one would be remissed to not spend an evening dining here. My beloved of 15 years and I were recommended this establishment and were not disappointed in celebrating our anniversary here.
