I asked for an empanada and she handed me a Colombian one. When I clarified that I did not specify Colombian empanada because I wanted a regular empanada… she charged me extra. Everything was just ok and overpriced because it’s in Brickell. Walk a few blocks and get better tasting frituras and café for a fraction of the price. This is a no for me.

Horrible service. Unless you are desperate for some Colombian food in Brickell, do not come here. Totally do not recommend. The service is horrendous and the food does not make up for it. Waited in line for the cashier to take my order while another employee comes around and services the person after me. Once I said something is when the cashier decided to take my order. To make the long story short spent $45 bucks for the cashier to forget to place 2 items in the bag, the OJ and the chicarrón. I called once I got home and they told me the only thing they can do is have the food ready for me to return to PU. I then went back and confirmed with the same cashier if the hot sauce was included as requested when first ordered. She had the audacity to say she would need to charge me! I laughed and just turned around and walked away while she was saying she would finally give it to me for no charge even though she again forgot to give me the OJ. Employees need customer service training:( will

One of my favorite Colombian Costeño restaurant; Posta y Arroz con Coco! I just wish the could upgrade there cutlery and plate choice.
