La Costa Restaurant

We've come here for years! The service is always fabulous and Matias is no exception. He made sure we had everything we needed and drinks never sat empty. Food is delicious as well as plentiful. I appreciate that we don't have to pay extra for chips and salsa and I love that it comes with beans, too! If you're in a hurry, you have time to stop here for a meal!

My family and I have been coming here ever since I was little. Tonight I tried calling to place an order to go. 1st call declined, 2nd call kept ringing, 3rd call kept ringing. I went in person to place an order to go. The lady who helped me she had long pink nails, I didn’t catch her name, but wow I was treated so horribly. I said I tried calling and she replied they only have 2 cooks and they haven’t been answering the phone for about 3 hours. She told me my order would take 15 minutes I said that was fine. About 5 minutes later she came out with my order. I said thank you that was fast! She replied, yeah I told them to hurry because you were in a hurry. I said thank you and left I was not pleased with her professionalism of responses. I got home to open our food and literally had barely a scoop of rice and beans. I’ve never been treated so horribly by anyone here at this restaurant. And tonight was not good at all.

This was an okay place to eat. Pretty standard for a Mexican style restaurant. The food was good, but the service was slow. We were there on a Friday night, but it took awhile to get seated and a bit longer for service. It may have just been an off night.
