A gem on West 7th! I tried their vegan tamales and they were amazing! My boyfriend ordered some non-vegan entrees and was equally happy. We’ll be ordering from there more often! It’s convenient but feels much healthier than convenience food. The prices are reasonable too considering portion size. Can’t wait to go there again!
La Cocina de Ana has amazing take n' bake meals and various sides that are delicious and full of flavor! If you have dietary restrictions like gluten free; they can accommodate. We tried the tinga chicken, rice with corn, beans with chorizo, and poblano queso which was a good amount for 2 people. I look forward to the next Take N Bake night at La Cocina de Ana with their other items! Highly recommended ????
I was so excited to see a place like this came to our West 7th neighborhood! Mexican take n’ bake? Sign me up! This place makes dinner so easy, quick and delicious! Not to mention I love supporting local. I love that you can get single portion sizes or family sizes depending on how many you wanna feed! My roomies and I will go in on a large entree and medium side dish and we’re more than satisfied. Speaking of which, so far we’ve tried the Chicken Adobo Enchiladas and the Carnitas Enchiladas in Poblano sauce. The adobo was ok/good—kind of just tasted like a sweet, tangy lasagna but the poblano carnitas were to DIE FOR. So so good! We also got the corn and rice side dish, along with the refried beans. Rice was a little bland, but with the cilantro salsa it was out of this world tasty and flavorful. Also, the spices in the refried beans were amazing. Overall satisfied and will look forward to grabbing the carnitas poblano enchiladas for dinner in the future on nights we don’t wanna cook
