La Chiquita Authentic Mexican Food

I feel like a Mexican foodie at heart. Lived in Southern Calif. and Arizona for many years. This place really blew us away! Started with a very clean and calm environment. A quick and smiling server greated us at our table. Chips are chips, but the Salsa was chunky and very fresh. I asked for some green sauce and she brought two kinds of upper level heat varieties. The margaritas were strong but not over syrupy. 10 out of 10 on the chunky guacamole. We split the birria tocos, and included dipping sauce. They were some of the best I have ever had! Tender, slow cooked beef with lots of cilantro and onions in a dipped and grilled toco shell. Don't forget the tasty black beans and onions. All in all this is A FIND. Of course I'll tell my friends

We decided to try it out Saturday around 6:30 pm. We were seated immediately and nachos and salsa came soon after. Salsa was good but missed that little kick of spice. The small bowl didn’t last long we had to order more 2 times. I had the Texas fajitas my husband had enchiladas with ground beef. His meal was ok he wasn’t impressed with the beef choice. The fajitas were good it came with lettuce, tomato and 2 slices of avocado but no sour cream so I asked for it (I was later charged for it). Strawberry margarita was really good. I would come back and try them again

This restaurant is amazing! Great prices on food, definitely worth every penny. The staff is very caring and always making sure I am happy with my order. Thank you for the tasty food and kind service :) will definitely be back! TRY THEIR GREEN HOT SAUCE!! you won’t be disappointed:)
