Delicious New Mexican food with a nice selection (and just as good) for your friends (or family) who just really want "American." I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food or its various forms (Tex-Mex, New Mexican, etc), but my family LOVES it. So, La Casa Fiesta was fantastic compromise. I had the BBQ pork sandwich and fries while everyone else had tacos, chimichangas, and other Mexican fare. What we had in common was thoroughly enjoying the food! Quick shout out to a few other stellar elements: clean facility (even the restrooms), sat a party of 9 within 10 min at 5:30, knowledgeable and friendly and attentive wait staff, comfortable dining area, timely food service. I'll definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in Monument, and maybe I'll even branch out a little from my usual food choices to try some of the dishes my family raved over!
La Casa Fiesta has always been one of our favorite restaurants, but to-go orders is where they flop. Our chips are ALWAYS broken and the salsa is never full. Seems like we get robbed.
The atmosphere was great. We sat outside under the patio cover. They were out of several items and the waitress didn't tell us until we ordered it. The food was good but not great. Price was average, about $15 per plate.
