Excellent... Quiet, Dark, and Amazing Food and Wine. Last time we were here was 1987. Much better now, updated, excellent food. Italliani’s has competition. We were actually very surprised at the quality, experience, service, and food. This place is as good as those Italian restaurants in North Boston.

I don’t know how this restaurant used to be. I only know that our experience was terrible. My husband and I went for a dinner date there, an the first thing I noticed walking in was the smell. It had that dirty restaurant smell. Then, the waiter poured us water out of a dingy plastic Tupperware pitcher, rather-than a nice glass or metal one. I got chicken fettuccini and my husband got lasagna and they were both completely flavorless! There was no flavor at all! My husband says the food tasted like prepackaged food from Cysco. The tabletops were sticky, and to add insult to injury, the food was so overpriced! The prices we paid are what I would expect to pay at a NICE restaurant. This is not a nice restaurant. Do yourself a favor, a go to another Italian restaurant in Hurst, the one that’s next to the police station on Precinct Line.
