The food was amazing!! But customer service was horrible. As my family and I walk in the hostess literally ignores us. But when a whole other family walks in, they got greeted right away. Then our server… I had to ask her 4 different times to bring out hot sauce. When we asked for lemon she also forgot….. then she tried charging us for a cheese dip we didn’t order. We waited for her to bring our receipt for a while until another server saw our frustration and helped us out. She apologized and I appreciate her. Thanks for the experience, not coming back.
First time going here. The food was good, and the prices were decent. Our waitress was really nice, and she made sure our drinks stayed full. Parking: Large parking lot.
I genuinely love coming to La Bamba but this experience was terrible. One Saturday night 11/5/22, As soon as I came into the establishment and was seated the vibe was off. My waitress at first greeting had a terrible attitude. She asked me about starters and I ordered a margarita then my waitress proceeded to ask for my ID. In response, she rolled her eyes because she didn't believe my age, instead of her telling me she needs her manager to review my id or she needs further confirmation she says nothing and walks away. There would have been no issue if she would have stated that she needed further clarification for a vertical ID and she was more than welcome to check the veracity but instead, she walked away and said nothing. The manager then approaches my table again with a nasty attitude like I'm bothering him with my service to order food and drinks from his establishment, rolling his eyes as well as stating their policy saying he needs to see my ID.
