I love this place and their teas and coffee, but this time I ordered less ice (not the first time ive done this) and I received half a drink. I asked the guy working and he said the ice would've made it full. Why would I want less ice if I was just getting half the drink? The point of less ice is so I have more drink than ice. It wouldn't be full with more ice anyhow, still not enough drink.

Will serve their friends first before yours. I ordered 10 min before this group comes in, where this girl works there. I’m waiting and the girl is talking to the staff where there is about 20 orders going on, I get the small talk but y’all were legit talking for a good five minutes disrupting making orders. Then a few minutes go by and they SKIPPED my drink to do the girl and her friends before mine. Y’all are seriously unprofessional and it’s sad. Do better, be better. Rolling eyes, skipping drinks to do your friends, talking on the job while NOT doing an ORDER! Wow. You are humans, you can talk but if you are talking but not doing anything for a good 5 minutes you are being UNPROFESSIONAL!
