Krystal

A little shocked the dining room was not accessible, but tasty as always. Ordered 24 pack with 2 drinks, 2 fries. The woman working the window had our order gathered very quickly. Great job

First and last time eating here. Have never been as violently I'll as I have been eating at Krystal. Have a feeling the chili or cheese that was on my fries wasn't properly held at correct temp. I've had food poisoning before but never felt a hospital visit was necessary until this experience. Gotta be more careful.

Terrible experience. I ordered 36 burgers, fries and tots through the Krystal website (knowing it would take time and allowed extra time to travel) I waited in the drive through for awhile and decided to just go in since it was at least 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. A woman who I'm assuming was the manager would not acknowledge me and was yelling at the three employees right in front of me and another customer. It was super uncomfortable. I asked the gentleman who came to take my order if my order was ready and was told their online ordering system doesn't work. I'm not sure why the website allows an order in that case. I drove 25 minutes each way only to leave empty handed and now stuck disputing a charge on my credit card that was never prepared. They probably did us a favor honestly because it was filthy in there. I would not return to this location nor would I ever recommend it.
