I love Krystal and eat there fairly regularly. But, I’m taking a break until they decide to start giving you what you pay for. I ordered a medium order of fries and my photo would imply they gave me a small order that was only half full. I already pay the increased prices (not their fault), but don’t add shrinkflation to the mix and cut the portion as well. The next time I visited I ordered a large fry. It was nearly $3 and they still only filled the box half way. I’ve encountered a couple of really nice staff there, but I have also experienced some rude staff that would imply that you are inconveniencing them and I wouldn’t dare tell them to fill up my fries. It just easier and less trouble to spend my money somewhere else. *Update 5/9/22: I decided to go back and the service was improved and the portion was much improved. Thanks to the owner for stepping in and improving the situation.

I ordered 12 cheese Krystal burgers with no onions, when I paid and got the receipt, I noticed that it didn't say no onions, then I knocked on the window and I ask the young lady if she ordered my burgers with no onions because I was very allergic to them, she said "oh wait, you allergic?" She shut the window and then came back and ask me to pull up, it would be 15 to 20 minutes, witch was fine with me, however, I still think this was a very dangerous situation, had I not ask, God only knows what the outcome would be, considering I was on the road!
