My reason for giving a three is simply because the lady who works in the evening is great. She’s sweet kind and courteous but this lady is working now for lunch is so mean and rude it’s pathetic. She wouldn’t even open up her mouth and tell me my order was ready just sat it on the counter And walked away with several people standing there waiting for their order. it that’s not the main thing that bothers me though.It’s the fact that everything she says is rude.Krystal’s would do good to get rid of her

One of the few places close to work. After a visit a few days ago, I WILL NOT BE BACK. less than average service, the staff is more concerned about talking about other co-workers being drunk and not showng up. LOUD conversations between the counter help and kitchen staff. I ordered the chili chees pups, received 2 half made in the large contaner and one made correctly in the small single container. WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A CHILI DOG? Complete and total INCOMPETENCE. ANY adult old enough to drive and have a job SHOULD be able to make BASIC FOOD ITEMS. PITTIFUL!

Went over here for a quick bite and to redeem a coupon I clipped from a mailer. It's within walking distance so I headed over, only to find out that dine-in was closed. The drive-thru was still open though, so I stood in line and waited behind one of the cars. A minute later, I heard someone shout "Hey! Hey you!" From the left - one of the employees had the door open and I headed over. Kind as it was, she rudely asked "What do you want?" And I explained to her I wanted to redeem the coupon. She took it and my credit card over to the register, but I couldn't help but feel very unwelcome - as if I was an inconvenience for the crew working there. I did get my food quickly and it was hot, fresh, and tasty, but I don't feel comfortable coming back after this experience.
