Kretzschy's Cajun BBQ

The guy who took my order was pretty polite and professional. I appreciated the fact he answered my questions without being condensending or impolite. A lot of places, even where I work, a lot of employees do kot like to take the time to educate their customers. I asked about home made sauces, if they smoked on site, etc, and he answered, didn't take anything personal. Only thing, I do wish the seasoning was a bit more light. It's a personal thing. He kept it light as it was, I could tell, but I'm picky. 5 stars still. He said he tried hard and he did. Oh, yes, my pulled pork sammich was massive and awesome. Two meals outta that honk-a-sammich. ???? and yes, the White Crack was pretty darn good, went well with the fries. I will be back. Thanks yall.

Ok this hidden Gem is definitely something I am wondering why I hadn’t been here until today. I can tell you when you walk through the door the smell of heavenly smoke hits you just right. Don’t come in without an appetite the portions are definitely very generous. We ordered the Brisket Fries and Poutin fries, The brisket has a very good flavor, beautifully prepared, the French fries are hand cut and cooked to that perfectly crispy point and smothered in a Mountain of Brisket, and sauces these are better than any other brisket fries I have had. Now the Poutin was delicious made me think I was in Quebec eating this delicious meal. The menu is well rounded and I am looking forward to being able to tell you all about everything on the Menu. This is a quaint friendly restaurant we arrived and several families with small children came in. Definitely a Must stop and grab a bit if your in Lewisville.

It's sooo good Cajun BBQ it's probably top 3 favorite foods to eat. Ans I love BBQ and Cajun. Those two together it's heaven ???? ????????. I will most definitely recommend this place. And I will return!
