Was there for an hour and a half and finally got food. Server did not seem to care about the wait at all, didn’t even fill up our drinks. I recommended my friends and I go out to celebrate there and this was the service we got. Absolutely terrible will never go back.
Food is good. I order a hot sake but the food never comes. I think they care for online orders and pick ups more than the people sitting in the restaurant. Second time here. Same thing. My sake which is supposed to be taken hot is cold. Waiting and no food yet. It is 1/2 hour. I asked them I will pay for my soup and salad and need to leave. They gave me a bill.
My favorite place for sushi in Toledo. The Kotobuki bento box lunch is fantastic and I've never had sushi, sashimi or rolls I didn't love. Great selection of Japanese drinks and wonderful desserts top it all off. Highly recommended.
