Kopan Sushi & Ramen

Our Cali friends took us here for dinner and we can see why it's one of their favorite ramen places. It was pretty packed when we got there that we had to put our name on a waiting list. More people even came after us that the waiting area was spilling right out the door (we were a larger party with 4 adults and 3 babies). It took maybe a little under 10 minutes when they were able to seat us. The place is pretty hip and trendy, mostly attracting the Asian demographic. They have a sushi bar but only one sushi chef working that night. We only found this out when our friend's poke bowl took a long time to be made (but more on that later). Our server, Andi, took great care of us. She greeted us in a courteous manner and was also very attentive with us. She even brought out water for us AND the little boys almost right away. She gave us a decent amount of time to check out the menu (especially since this was the first time for us out-of-towners) and was even helpful in answering any of our
