KOPAN Ramen of Pasadena

We sat outside at an individual table. It was very quiet and the service was excellent. The avocado rolls had a very generous amount of avocado. The edamame was well done but didn't have much in the way of salt on it. My partner had the ramen and was so so about it. We definitely would go back but might try eating indoors next time and some different menu items.

I feel so bad for the ONE server this place has. She's older so moves slower and has no one to help her. No other server, no busses, no other staff except one guy in the kitchen. I'm sure she's just as stressed out about the place getting busy, but this is no excuse for customers to have such a poor experience. Lots of waiting and wondering when I'll be serviced. Staff this establishment better. Ended up leaving without getting to order anything because someone hit our car. But poor lady, someone find some help for her.

Pricing is very reasonable and ramen is pretty good. I got the red ramen and it could be a litle more spicier. We got there right after the lunch crowd so our food came rather quickly. My only complaint is that both of our appetizers came last, well after we were almost done with our food, and the gyozas were a little burnt.
