Koki's Teppanyaki Grille

Came here on Nov 13 & in the beginning we had a small issue where they said I didn't have a reservation when I had called them like 30mins before & they denied the whole conversation when I had proof I had called... anyways even though they gave me an attitude we still wanted to stay because we love these types of restaurants & at the end they were able to accommodate us (even though I heard while I was there 2 other families had problems, they said they were under staffed but completely book, maybe they shouldn't completely book if they're understaffed & keep the tables to a minimum because all the tables were full & some staff seemed overwhelmed). The 4 stars is for the overall experience of the show, server & cook were completely nice & the food was AMAZING & TASTY & made your mouth watery as the cook made the food in front of us! My husband, daughter, neice & myself loved it! I recommend you make a reservation a head of time & give them your name & number & get the persons name you

Poor service from chef. The waiter gave us more attention and better service. I don’t know if he had a bad day or was just done for the night. But it’s unacceptable the service that we received and having our bill come to $300 and to receive service like that! Told him we were there to celebrate my daughters 16 birthday, he was so dull about it. Disappointment!!!
