K.O. Sushi

Literally will never return. Came here for lunch on 7/25/22. We ordered lunch for our coworkers. They combined ALL of the sushi together in a to go box with NO clear indication of WHICH IS WHICH!!! Then when my coworker called to explain there could have been allergies etc, the girl said “well you should have told us if there were allergies”. COMPLETELY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend here. Go out of business!

Great place for cheap but high quality sushi. Only complaint is that they lost our order and it took like forty five minutes to get our food. However, the owner was very nice about it, apologized profusely, and gave us 50 percent off our next order. I would have given this place a much lower rating had she not been so courteous about the mistake. Instead, I think I'll be back very soon to try more sushi at half off! I strongly recommend ordering online ahead of time if you're using this for a work lunch, as it did get very of crowded around noon.

This sushi place is in a good location uptown. I got the Philly roll and chicken box. The Philly roll was just average.The chicken and rice tasted really good but the portion size was so small. Customer service here is not good. There's no one there to greet you. No bell or anything to ring. So you just stand there waiting for someone. When they do come they don't apologize and aren't very friendly. They said the food would take 10 to 15 minutes- which is no problem. When we came back in 15 minutes, same thing, nobody was there and our food wasn't ready.I think they could really improve their customer service here.Currently they are not offering dine in. The facility is really small and just has two small seating areas.
