The absolute worst experience ever. My boyfriend went in to get us dinner here. I ordered a French dip and received the sandwich with literally 2 slices of meat, barely any cheese and they forgot to give us the broth for the sandwich. The chips were stale and not even edible. My boyfriend’s sandwich also had condiments that he asked the staff to take off. On top of all of this the staff were very rude and inattentive to customers. I would have tried to correct these things but we took it to go. I never write reviews but this was such a terrible experience I had to. Unbelievably bad!
I waited over 40 minutes for an online order. The staff was rude, unresponsive, disorganized, and the food quality was lower than at other Kneaders locations. I gave them another shot and had a similar experience. When I tried to contact customer support at corporate, they never got back me. I have been a customer at this location for a couple of years, but I will not buy food here again. I do not recommend this Kneaders to anyone else.
Went with my family to the drive thru and specifically went to this location because one of their other locations that is closer to me has messed up my order many times. We ordered a turkey bacon avocado and a chicken salad croissant sandwich in the drive thru. We then waited 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of us. When we finally arrived to the window that is when we were told they were out of the bread that comes with the TBA and they were also out of Chicken Salad.. we drove off without dinner. Kneaders really needs to get it together because the food is good but they are always out of something and I have now had bad experiences and multiple locations. Had they told us when we ordered that would have been appreciated before wasting our time sitting there in the drive thru....
