Just ordered $80 in food. Door dashed my order. Realized we were missing our cookies. Called them and the second I told him I was missing something he hung up. I called back because I thought we got disconnected- told him about the cookies again and he was so rude and said I don’t know what to tell you bro, come get them and hung up again. He hung up on me twice. We eat here often. I have recommended this establishment a lot. I will never eat here again or recommend them to anyone. I have never been treated like that before or left a review until tonight.

I ordered a spaghetti dish with meatballs and Italian sausage. The portion was amazingly large, but the pasta and sauce themselves were extremely bland, flavorless and very watery. I'm not sure if I'll order again, but if I do it won't be the same dish I got.

Such an amazing experience all around. The staff member that took my order over the phone for pick up was very precise and got the order absolutely correct even though I ordered the most obnoxious salad. The food was ready for pick up in less than 30 minutes and we had a large order. The staff was very courteous and welcoming, and Jim is an all around great guy. The vibe in the place is awesome!! Jamming to great music!! Everything we ordered was unbelievably. The salad was incredibly fresh, the tater tots were crispy and warm, French fries were not soggy at all, the grilled cheese was Made to perfection (in the words of my son...SLAMMIN), the Burger was bursting with flavor, and the Buffalo Mac and cheese is to die for! All around a wonderful experience they even threw in a couple of cookies that you know are homemade!!! Would definitely give this place a ten star review if I could.
