I never eat before this type of food and I been very impresed with this restaurant. All what I tryed on this place was very delicius , plus the personal from the restuaruant have been very profesional and they taking care very well of the costumers. I recomend this place to everybody !!!
Decent light broth ramen. The veggie ramen was good, but the flavor of the bean sprouts and cabbage overpowered the broth. The chashu was soft and melted in your mouth. Light on flavor but paired well with the broth. Noodle was springy and held its shape well. Definitely want to try some of their other options.
Authentic Japanese food! Amazing and attentive staff. I had the Kitakata ramen. Pork broth and Toro pork ( pork belly)...so yummy. Noodles were perfectly cooked. I asked for eggs ( extra topping) they're to dye for... Wow delicious!! Great ambiance.Definitely I'll come back ????
