Eugene was our waiter and we could not have asked for a better experience. The restaurant it so self is beautiful, well decorated, and has a very romantic ambiance. They have sofas where a party of two can comfortable sit on the same side, the whole experience is so romantic and inviting. We came here for a birthday celebration. For cocktails, we got the old Wive’s tale— which is basically an Indian take on the old fashioned— it was delicious well executed. For dinner we had the mushroom and feta samosas, lamb keema naan, dal makahani, raita, and the tandoori chicken. The Dal was the best dal we have ever had in a restaurant and all of the food was incredible. The best part of the whole experience was the lovely staff and our exceptional waiter. Eugene took a. Lot of care and time with us, he was funny, patient and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back!
This is such a great restaurant! Our server had great recommendations! I got the oysters, thali and chocolate somosa. The ambience is perfect for any kind of celebrations. The portions are also generous, I took it home for lunch the next day. Can’t wait to be back!! The butter chicken is soo good!!
Kiran’s is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. Every dish is incredible. The must haves in my opinion are: pani poori, lobster tail, bengan bartha, and of course the chicken tikka. Everything is incredible. The service is great as well.
