Kim Anh Restaurant

We came to dine in. It was about 15 minutes in until we were given our water. We ordered our food and after about 15 to 20 minutes in the waiter came to apologize he forgot to add in our order. Given, the business wasn’t really busy. We asked for an update on one of our order and was told to be patient as they’re making it. This was already after everyone else was given their food and was getting close to finishing already. The order came in about 10 minutes later. For an establishment that already notifies of gratuity for all guests due to the low wage they provide their staff, the service was very underwhelming. We also were not given any water refills. I’d prefer to go to a different establishment for Vietnamese food. Would have given a 1 star but gave a 2 as food was decent enough.

One star… hear me out okay. The star is for just below average VN food. I’ve been to many VN restaurants and this place is disappointing. What was above average was the poor service and how filthy this place was. So the mens bathroom was never cleaned that day, my guess the last three days over the weekend. Baby changing table skill open and unclean, toilet paper all over the dirty floor, hand towel roll not even in the dispenser . Honestly This was the worst bathroom I’ve seen since for years. Also there was food everywhere. Ground, on the tables that were not bussed, on the seats it’s absolutely gross. The photo I took was the table next to me. Food everywhere, ripped seats. Menu on the ground. They actually sat people here to eat. I felt bad for them. But then realized we are in this together. The building isn’t that old, but the place is clearly being run into the ground. Waitress gave us one straw for two drinks. Never asked us if we needed a refill or checked in on how the food w

Really good bun bo hue. A little spicy than I think but i think my husband liked the food here. Banh mi is so so but you should try bun bo hue. Ah one thing. They get the food is quick and i like that
