KFC

So disappointed, I ordered seven chicken strips the meal tender I was told to wait three minutes after 7 minutes they come out said they cut the wrong thing go to little bit longer promised me to give me some kind of cake for having waited longer. They come out they had me something. I was tired of waiting, and I needed to go get gas fast get home, totally wrong order even cheaper than what I ordered so I actually got gypped. so disappointing I hope they get their stuff together. I won’t be back there for a while.

It's very rare when you get good customer service at a food restaurant. However, the last time we went to KFC, my husband and I were thrilled with Heidi's AWESOME customer service. Heidi served us quick, was attentive, and even spoke some spanish to us (which we were amazed of how great she speaks it). Heidi, continue being the Great person you are ????

My wife was going to pick up an eight piece chicken meal. The website says choose two large sides and then in two other places in the same area it says choose "a" side. I called to verify that it is in fact two and not one side. I had to call a second time, as the first time it rang so long it went to a busy signal. The second time someone answered and I told him she was going to be there to get an eight piece meal. He didn't bother to tell me that they didn't have any biscuits; which was part of that meal. So when she gets there she texted me that they didn't have any biscuits, I tell her to forget the whole thing, but she had already paid for it. So now I'm getting corn in place of biscuits. Biscuits go with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn doesn't go where a damn thing. It's just...corn. They screwed up the last order and gave me macaroni and cheese, which is nasty. I'm thinking I'm pretty much done with this place. Time to see if Church's is any better.
